Crazy Goose is an immensely fun and exciting card game that is perfect for any get-together. The premise of the game is to collect as many cards as possible until you can go out. However, the catch is that you must keep your birds hidden from other players. If they catch a glimpse of your cards, they can steal them!

The game is best played with around 4-8 people. You will need a deck of 54 cards (including 2 jokers), which can be divided evenly among the players. The dealer will then deal 5 cards to each player, face down. The rest of the deck is placed in the middle of the players, face down.

The goal of the game is to collect as many cards as possible until you can go out. A player can go out by playing all their cards, or by playing their last card and using its wild capabilities (explained below). When a player goes out, they collect the entire pile of cards in the middle of the players. The first player to collect all 7 of their bird cards wins the game!

There are two variants to Crazy Goose - classic and action. In classic mode, once a player goes out, play stops and everyone else counts up their remaining cards to see who won. 3) There are three types of cards in Crazy Goose - birds, numbers and wilds. Birds are worth face value (ie 1 point), numbers are worth double their face value (ie 2 points) and wilds are special cards that can be used as any number or bird when played. Jokers are wilds and are also worth 10 points each when played.

4) If you match either a number or bird on another player's card, you can take that card from them - whether they have it revealed or not! For example, if Alice has a 3 on her card and Bob has a 6 on his card, Alice can take Bob's 6 card since 3 + 6 = 9 which matches her own 3 card. Note that if you reveal your opponents' numbered cards to them, they cannot steal them back from you! This can be strategic if you know an opponent is close to going out - reveal their last few numbers so they cannot finish collecting their birds!

5) If an opponent catches a glimpse of your numbered or bird cards while they are still hidden in your hand (ie before you play them), they can steal them from you! This can happen whether your opponent is actively looking at your cards or not - simply revealing them to others counts as 'peeking'.
